✔ Yes — for all pre-designed rugs, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery if the rug is unused and in original condition.

🚫 Are custom rugs refundable?
✔ Custom rugs are made-to-order and therefore final sale. We cannot accept returns unless the rug arrives with a verified manufacturing defect.

🔧 What if my rug is defective or incorrect?
✔ If your rug arrives damaged, flawed, or not as ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we’ll either issue a full refund or send a replacement — no extra cost to you.
